The app was awesome. I got over $100.+ in gift cards. The customer support was always helpful. It says 7-10 to receive my gc. I usually get it 1-2 days. But now it's not working at all. I can't even contact support. Where my list of games is supposed to be, it's a thing telling me to change something in my settings. I've done both options they had. Deleted & reinstalled. Still doesn't work.

I clicked on an ad that promised points in a game I was already playing, if I downloaded and played 2 games. When I got there, it was actually 3 games. Then, once I did what was required, I didn't get anything in my game, only points toward a gift card. I wasn't enjoying any of them, but if I stopped, I would lose my credits. In some levels I was going to have to buy things, which I never do. This was marketed as a way to get money, but the only one getting money was the company! Deleting!

I've been using this app a few months and have cashed out several gift cards. Games are fun and addictive. My only complaint is with the points tracking system. I would rate the app 5 stars if the games registered points/time more accurately. Time isn't always calculated correctly. I've also had to open tickets quite often when points haven't been given for completed tasks, but customer support has always been helpful in responding to these issues in a professional and timely manner.
